I am installing a Polaris 3500 winch. Instructions say to plug red wire with male spade from handlebar switch to female spade orange/white wire. I have no such wire. What do I connect the red wire to? Is is just to provide power to the switch so I could just connect to battery and be OK? Thanks in advance for any help.

Back story....2014 polaris sportman 570 efi has been setting up fro atleast 6 to 8 months. Battery went dead so I put a new on and it didnt last a week before going bad. Put another new battery on and found where you could cycle the ignition a few times while holding the foot brake down to clear the engine light. Been using the bike for a week or so around the house and today I went out and the check engine light is on again. Pulled the code Error Code 0 and the SPN code (suspect Parameter Number) is 520207 with the FMI (Failure Mode Indicator) being 4. Looked it up on the owners manuel and it shows All Wheel Drive Control / Driver Circuit Short to B+. Thats the SPN but the FMI on the code sheet should shows 3 and my code is a 4.... Please help. The bike is completely stock.....

We have just finished reassembling my 2000 magnum 325. Everything was running fine, starter worked engine ran great. We loaded it up onto my pick up truck for a two hour journey on the interstate. Weather was dry and cold maybe a little humid outside but no rain. When I got home and unloaded it and try to start it no power to the lights on the consul no starting by the starter but you can pull start it. Any ideas of where I need to proceed from here? Thanks so much.

like the title says, looking to see what part numbers will work on a 15 xmr 1000r ( if any), trying to trouble shoot a problem, and before i blow my load on $200 axles would like to grab a used axle and see if i cant remedy one of the issues im having and cross it off the list.

I've searched around a bit and cant find a for sure answer, my front diff is engaging more often than not when driving in 2wd. I'd like to see about swapping it out for another front diff. Just curious what years and models are compatible? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

will a scrambler 400 4x4 trans fit in a scrambler 500 4x4 and will it work the same

Hi new to the forum. Just picked up a used 2004 sportsman 500 for free that needed some work. Just found that it is missing the plug wire and coil. Have now idea where it’s supposed to go and what wires get hooked to it any advice would be greatly appreciated, pics etc

2008 polaris sportsman 800 idles fine but dies when throttle is applied. I have replaced the stator, tps and crank sensor. Checked for grounds to have brakes with short circuit testor. All grounds to fuel pump, tps,map sensor and injectors are good. There is a couple codes popping up.. code 22, 41 and 52. Any help is greatly appreciated!
