2011 Outlander 650 won’t run in cold temps

I own a 2011 Outlander 650 that I use for plowing my driveway. Last night when I was out for an extended amount of time, 45 minutes, the ATV started running like it was running on 1 cylinder. The lights also went out. I let it idle and the lights would go on and off completely but the machine was still running. I pulled it into my garage and cranked up the garage heater to let it warm up. After 10-15 I started it and it was back to normal. I went back out to finish my neighbors dwy and after about 5 minutes it did it again.

I don't believe it's fuel related because I just filled it with fresh fuel and added a small amount of the Heat in the red bottle.

Anyone else experienced something like this in cold temps? I assume it's something to do with electronics getting to cold. It was about 5 degrees outside.

Thanks much.
