Hello everyone. I need some help. I believe my gear position sensors might be bad. The display says the machine is in High no matter what gear I am. my real problem is that I can not locate them on any schematic. Is the part called "gear position sensor"? I have removed all three and they look real clean and they still have grease on them. I jiggled them around and it seemed to fix the issue and allowed me to start the wheeler. What do you guys think? I have a '09 800R XT

ATV brush guard arived
2018 PoPo 850 SPs do not have any way to lift them from the front. Everything is plastic. This meant getting a bumper. Did not really like the OEM bumper since it did not come down to cover the winch. Others said look at the ATV GURU. One look and I was sold.
John at 3 and P Fabrication makes a good looking product and strong looking also. Called him 2 weeks before Xmas and he said no way for Dec. 25. To much backlog. Just about everything is custom made. He could start building after Xmas and ship first of the year. He is a man of his word. The bumper was shipped Jan 4 and had it Jan 9th. Here it is installed. :grin
Here are pic of bike before and after. :slomo:
