Anyone out there heard of problem with this wheeler getting too warm giveing it a little workout like brush hogging and having all the power go out ? The headlights, tail light, speedometer light and digital display etc including the AWD but the wheeler will stay running and going in 2WD UNTIL you shut it down and then you can’t start it or see any sign of power until you wait about 10 minutes approximately and turn the key on and if you have your speedometer back then you have all power back and can restart the engine and everything works until the next time it happens. I’ve talked to 2 dealers and they haven’t heard of this and also Rocky Mountain sports as well as some mechanic friends. Ide appreciate any help on this. Thanks! ’01 500 carb rebuild question
I have been looking to rebuild my carb because the overflow is leaking and it's running rich.
With so many rebuild kits out there my head is spinning as to which one I should get so I figured I should ask here for suggestions.
I really want leads from ACTUAL purchase/installation experiences so I dont waste time and money on insufficient parts.

2000 magnum 325
I bought a 2000 magnum 325 4x4 for my son for Christmas. It's his first 4x4 atv. When I went to look at the atv, I must have walk around that machine 20+ times checking it out. I rode it for about 10-15 minutes, checking the brakes, 4x4, ect. I even ask for a block to lift the rear off the dirt to check the 4x4. I should of check it more.
Well gave it to him yesterday morning. I went to crank it and it was knocking like crazy at idle. Once it warm up it wasn't so load. I'm going to change the oil today. The oil cooler line is leaking also, not bad but its leaking. Was tracing the lines and found the fan was unplugged. I plugged it back up and it runs all the time. I don't know if the over heat temp light works or not. I unplugged the fan. Read on the forum about wiring in a toggle switch.
Well after it warm up yesterday, my son wanted to ride around the yard a couple times. I was watching and notice that the front tires was locking up. The brake handle was so hard I could barely press it. I bleed the brakes, I got that worked out, I thought, now I have no back brakes with the foot pedal. And the hand brakes still gets real tight. Im going to try bleeding the whole system again. The brake fluid was kind of dark and rusting looking. All the brakes worked when I bought it.
Well after I thought I had the brake problem fixed we road to the hunting lease to check cameras and stuff. We had to run through some mud and water, well about half way through the mudding trail the front tires( a least the right one) stop pulling. Then to top things off, it cut off and would not crank back up( with the button or pull cord). My oldest son had to pull us out and home with our 500 sp. My youngest son looked at me, he didnt say it, but I read it on his face, (Dad want kind of peace of junk did you buy me).
Got it back to the shop and charged the battery. It still wouldn't crank. I checked the gas, there was gas in it but I could see the white of the gas tank, so I put on reserve (nowhere to get gas on Christmas) and after a couple of time it finally cranked and ran.
I had to call it a day and cool off because all I wanted to do was load it back up and carry back where I got it from.
So this morning my journey begins in trying to fix this atv. Sorry the post is long. I had to vent a little. The first thing I need is a service/repair manual. Any help, info and suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

1991 trail boss 250 oil warning
1991 trailboss 250 4x4 w918127
This bike had new top end rebuilt before i bought it bike starts and runs lots of smoke so i know it is getting oil but when bike is put into gear oil light on dash comes on?
2 stroke oil is more than half full and i dont see any sensor anywhere on bike.
Fan has been converted to switch on and off.
Any ideas on why oil warning comes on?
could a bad battery cause this, but battery starts quad no issues?

Cdi wiring question
I just recently got an 03 sportsman 600 twin 4x4. The box that connects to the coil pack has a black with white stripe wire that has been cut and I'm not sure where it goes. Does anyone have a wiring diagram so I can figure it out.
Gauge cluster back lights out 2016 570L
I’ll try and not make this long. Over the hunting season my cluster had gotten water in it and the thing looked like a Christmas tree with all lights on all the time and visible water in it. I was unable to dry it out in nov and ended up on a hunting trip having to use it at -4 temps. When I got home I investigated it and did some research on utube and see this can be an issue. I removed the display and brought it inside and warmed it up for a week or so. After that I tossed it in a bucket of rice for 5 weeks. Today I put it back on and all displays work as normal, with no visible water in it. However, I lost all my back lighting. I really don’t care in daylight but I’m guessing I won’t like it at night... I’d rather not spend $350 on a new one. I’ve seen utube guys change led colors and I’m wondering if anyone has done it? I don’t feel comfortable with a soldering Iron in there myself. I’m paranoid I’ll short out something and CAUSE electrical problems. Anyplace I can send it in to for a repair? Or should I just get the new one? Kind of frustrating with only 350 miles on the machine. I spoke to the dealer and he’s no help (as I expected)

It won’t let me upload a video

Picked up some mirrors
We did a little work on the Polaris again today, forgot that the mirrors came in the mail before Christmas so I had finally mounted them today. I am pretty happy with them. Ordered them on Amazon and are pretty good quality for the price.
Also replaced the winch cable with synthetic today. I think it looks great.
