Hi, my name is wayne, in 2001 i bought my first ATV, it was a Polaris Sportsman 330. other than being way underpowerd it wasnt to bad until it got hard to steer and after looking all over the frontend had broken away from the frame 2 months after i bought it, the dealer told me it was because i wrecked it but that easnt the case but they welded it back together and it broke off a few weeks later the dealer again said i was crashing it but that was not the case, anyway i sold it swearing to never buy another Polaris product again. Its been 18 years and thinking I have to have a 1000 Sportsman or Scrambler for way more power than i need. what should i do? Stay Yamaha or give Polaris another chance? Thanks :|

Im looking at buying a used 2018 with 240 miles on it or a brand new 2019. What all has changed? They look identical and finding info is difficult. All i have found is a change to rear suspension and front sway bar? Have read were some were saying the transmission got tweaked a bit. So drop me the skinny on what all changed. Would help this purchase out greatly.

Hi All,
I am wondering if someone can help me out I have a 2009 sportsman 850xp been going great till the other day when I went to start it and just got click click click ok so I thought its a flat battery but the battery is ok so I took starter motor out and bench tested and that seems to be in good order to, But when its connected back onto bike its click click click again but if not earthed to the bike sometimes it will work but as soon as its earthed onto motor again its click click again, Hope someone has some idea of what might be going on.

Thinking about putting either the mid-height or tall on my machine. I have Polaris mirrors, and winch handlebar controls. Am I going to have problems? Do they all fit together? Is the windshield a quality unit?

Hi, I have a 2011 can am renegade 800r, i was riding it the other day and noticed it said on the dash "limp home mode" I also had no rear brake while it said that. I ended up shutting it off and letting it sit for a moment, and the limp mode and check engine light went away, and shortly after my rear brake started working again. Its got me very confused and I would like to figure it out, I really don't want this to be a problem for future rides.

I just picked up my machine today, the dealer installed a new trunk and installed the heat dissipation kit because of the plastic melting issue, I take it out of my truck and notice the tail light out, I look closely and it looks like the housing is starting to melt, I pulled the bulb and thought the housing was going to break but it didn't, the light housing had started to melt and the grey connector the bulb goes in has started to melt. Wtf

I checked the other side, while not as bad does show signs of melting.

Not feeling real warm and fuzzy about this machine so far
