2013 850 Touring. Bought bike used and did mods (Lift, Tires, snorkels, RAD RELOCATE). I have run the bike 30 mins to an hour 4 or 5 times. Went on ride last week, ran for about 30 mins, then it went gets hot goes into limp mode. Fan cycles 4 or 5 times before not working. So, parked and brought back. I replaced the ECT Sensor (thermistor) and the circuit breaker today. Ran it for 15 mins to get cycle again, but the fan never came on this time. Any ideals?
My radiator is clean, it gets hot because fan doesn’t come on. I unplug ECT Sensor with bike running anf fan kicks on. I have burned the system several times and raised front end 2’ to allow air to escape. I have swapped relays and know they’re good. I am thrown off because systems functions as it should for several cycles, then stops. Both hoses get hot. When it gets really hot it blows coolant back into overflow. If the thermostat itself was stuck, the fan would kick on, it just wouldn’t cool engine. What’s left to check? I did search the forum but none of the threads got past dirty radiator or thermistor. I do 95% solo riding so I'd like to remove the backrest. Not having any luck searching this topic. Assuming this has been done, what was the best way? Making/buying a new bracket where the backrest connects to the seat? Thank you

Does the new wider suspension for 2019 allow you to run bigger tires then old set up? Also what's the biggest tire that can go on a xtp with out rubbing. Looking at black waters 28 or 27 thanks

I have a 1994 Polaris Magnum 425 that I picked up real cheap but am having a few issues with. The main problem is that the all wheel drive doesn't work going forward. It will work in reverse if I push the override button and the all wheel drive lettering lights up on the AWD switch. But in forward high and low nothing is lit up and it does not work. The Speedo also doesn't work which I have read stops the AWD working but on this bike its mechanical not electrical so I don't see how that has an effect?

Does anyone have access to the engineering specifications for the camshaft for this ATV. Polaris has discontinued this part, I don’t see any aftermarket ones available, and I’m seeing lots of posts about people wanting one. I’m thinking about having a machine shop do a run of them and sell them (as well as have a spare for mine). Mine is in good shape so far, so I could take it out and measure, but it would be much easier if someone can provide the specs.

Also, if I follow through on this, is there any interest from anyone on here to purchase one? Before you ask, cost will be based on cost to produce and a fair profit (not a gouge profit). The more I have made, the cheaper the price will be per unit, so determining interest beforehand is somewhat important.

God I need help!! Iwas plowing one day with my 2001 traxter xt500 that was my Dads and only has about 500 miles on it. so here my story like Isaid was blowing open my driveway plowing but it hadent stopped snowing yet so I said ill wait an hour or so and shut her down. Acouple hours later went out to inish up the driveway and she wouldnt start. i didnt know what happened so I took the carb off and cleaned her out and put back on. i cheeked or spark and she had it,and for shits and giggles i did a compression test and she was a bit low but nothing bad. well ive cheeked uel lines ive change carbs ive been messing with her for a very long time, so i do another compression test and now I have 0 Compression. i just took the valve cover off and the valves are going up and down, I so lost now how did I loss compression anda four wheeler that was running fine ad all i did was shuther off and pooooooof my nightmare begain.
