I am rebuilding my motor out of 2015 sportsman 1000. not completely why it broke the crank. but it had a bent rod in the number 2 hole and key way was sheared off for the flywheel and started to mess with timing and cause pre ignition idk. started running weired under medium load then started knocking. but anyway got all new parts for bottom endand got all the specs i need from the service manual except for crank endplay. call local dealer they said they rebuild motors and asked them for a spec and they gave me 1/16 to1/8 of an inch of endplay with is massive. and i there is no thrust bearing ether witch i found quite odd. ive rebuilt many car motors and 4wheelers and this thing is its own bread in the bottom end. i have about .020 of end play right now it seems big from my experiance but first time in an xp motor. any one have any specs or anything i can go off.
New xp 1000 is blue?
Can't see anything else than a new color, anyone has more info?

Pitbull tires
For anyone who purchased pitbull tires with the 1/2 off promo code... How long did it take to get them ? It has been 3 weeks for me and i have called + emailed the company and all i get for an answer is " someone will get back to you with an eta" .. However no one has gotten back to me with an answer yet.
since i got the uber xor they are made here in the usa and im asking the manufacture not a local tire shop, so you would think getting an answer would not be so difficult.

2004 330 Magnum charging/battery issue?
I just rebuilt my 2004 Polaris (see my other thread that I just posted).
I have a battery problem? I just replaced the three year old wet battery, with a new gel battery.
I came home tonight and started my bike to see how it's working on a cold start, like I would on a cold morning deer season start. And to just let it idle, to get it warmed up.
It was having a hard time staying idle and the battery symbol kept flashing on the screen. The orange needle indicator was also flashing.
Would this be a charging or battery issue?
My original post was for a service manual (which I am still looking for), but I figured I would just ask here for a little help for suggestions and possible solutions.
I have attached a couple of pics of what it now looks like.

(I would still like to get replacement '330 Magnum' decals for the gas tank, if anyone knows where to get them)
