I misplaced/lost the spare key. Called the dealer to get a replacement. If you think they are proud of there motor oil try the price of a key.:eek They had the blank in stock and I had the original key. Most places charge about $2.50 to make a key. Price was $15.00.
Went to Ace Hardware; now they are not the cheapest on they goods but they do carry most anything you want. After some hunting, the clerk found a blank he thought would work. I got one, took it home and the key worked first and every time. New key cost me $3.28:angel

The key blank is marked X117 and YH48

I'm in need of an electrical diagram for a 2005 polaris predator 50cc. It was cranking, but now it doesn't crank anymore. Anyone send me a copy?

Hello. From NE Oklahoma. Have a 2004 Outlander Max 400 HO. My wife & I ride 1-2 times per year in SW Colorado. Great machine for 14 years with plenty of power & few problems. Just bought, in August, 2018 Maverick Trail 1000 DPS.
Put about 150 miles on it in late September in Lake City, Co. Front end started to grind intermittently. Couldn't visually see anything wrong but after reading the forum about folks finding no to little oil in the front diff upon delivery I checked the front diff oil & appeared to be pretty low. Have taken to dealer but of course it wouldn't grind for them but they are checking it out. Hopefully low diff oil is the problem but confidence is not high that the dealer will find the problem. Lesson learned, if you even buy new, CHECK ALL FLUIDS!.

Does anyone know for sure if you unplug your speedo head to remove it and clean the lens if it looses its mileage,I know the hours are held in the ecm but not sure about mileage...Any help appreciated...I need to do this right away...TIA

I have a 4” lift kit with HD springs, Axles, the whole works. Not I’d like to put taller tires with wide wheel. The current setup is factory 25x8x12 in the front and 25x10x12 in the rear. I’d like to go with 28x10x12/14 in the front and 28x12x12/14 in the rear. What offset do I need for the new wheels?

Just picked up an 04 "Bombardier" Outlander 400 Max XT, curious as to how much it shares with the "Gen1" Can-am bikes? I've had G1 outtys in the past, and at first glance, I'm not seeing a whole lot of differences between this one and my mind's eye. I guess most specifically I'm curious if anyone's fitted SuperATV's 4" GEN1 lift onto an "older" Bombardier. I tried searching didn't find anything, didn't see any sticky anywhere. I woulda thought others before me would've asked these same kinds of questions, but I can't find any useful info. Thanks gang,

way through the ride it shut down. It would start but when I gave it gas it would just bog down and die. I could feather the gas and it would eventually take off or if I pulled the choke.
I though it was the carb so I clean it out, that didn't help so I replaced the carb. No change. I also replaced the fuel pump, checked the spark plugs and wires. Pulled the heads and check
pretty much everything else, checked the fuel lines and anything related to the fuel system. I am at a stand still. Does anyone have any ideas?
