thank you, thank you! I really appreciate this site. Upon further research, I found the NAPA 7151219 that helped me with greasing those infamous drive shaft zerk's. Man, that grease adapter made short work of them! Bam, Boom! :smile


So I managed to get all 16 zerk's on the Outty. I think that's the full count? (2018, Max DPS). :eek

Hello I’m new here. If this has been posted before I apologize. My 330 hasn’t ran in about a year. I replaced the fuel pump, fuel lines, carburetor, air filter, and fuel filter. I also cleaned the gas tank out. My issue is that I’m not getting much gas through the fuel pump. What am I doing wrong? Any help will be appreciated.

Great transition to the 450 HO EPS . This is my Ranch Ride for most general utility duties around the ranch. These 14" ITP wheels with 26" Kenda Bear Claw tires are great for the jobs required. This unit is taller and wider than my 2000 500 Sportsman. About equal in HP, and easier to handle in tight places.

My son's 570 Sportsman EFI starts right up, runs for a random period of time, dies and then starts right back up. The cycle repeats. It's not the key inadvertently switching it off. Doesn't seem to be the coil since it starts right back. My 1st thought was fuel pump, but static pressure is 60 PSI. Running pressure held 60 PSI at idle for about 30 minutes. Have not had it quit since putting a gauge in-line. My thoughts are it may be temperature related since it was a hot day when it occurred. Now that the weather has cooled off and I have the fenders off, the fuel tank doesn't even get warm to the touch. Shop tech said to drain gas and replace with 91 octane since it has a higher boiling point and replace spark plug. I read another thread that mentioned o-ring issues on the fuel pump, but with low static pressure as well. Has anyone else experienced the run-die cycle?

Hi there - I have a 2004 Polaris Sportsman 400. The other day, the gauge cluster just stopped working. I am no longer able to start the ATV unless I pull the key switch off and jump pins 1 and 4.

I have taken the speedo cable off and have 12.5 volts between pins 1 and 8 and 11.8 volts between pins 20 and 8.

My low beams and high beams work but no starting via the key and nothing comes on the gauges when I turn the key to on.

Am I SOL and going to have to buy a new gauge cluster? Trying not to buy one for $300 :(

Hi, my daughter put the wrong oil in her 2008 90 sportsman atv. This is what I use in my truck, bit is it ok for her 4 wheeler? Should I change the oil now? If so what oil should I use as far as weight in conventional oil goes?

She put in AMS 5W-30 Heavy duty diesel for gas and diesel engines.

I know the internal components won't work, but I was thinking about doing the BRP stealth snorkel kit, adding the horn and modding the rest to fit in to it. I like the clean look, but I don't know if the instrument pod is the same, or if the horn shroud will fit on a 2010. I have searched, but little information seems available. New to the Can am world, so any help would be appreciated.

On my 07 sportsman 800 efi it has a power port (cigarette style ) on the dash , recently tried to use it and discovered it isn’t getting power. Checked all the fuses and those are fine . Pulled the cover off and checked to see if there was power to the wires and maybe the port itself was bad and that was not the case. Anyone ever have any issues with these ports? Does the wiring run down the steering stem? It’s not a major deal if anything I’ll just use the plug under the seat for the charger if I can’t trace it down . I purchased a small air pump to have with me Incase we get a flat along the way . Thanks for the info and help in advanced...:grin

I have an issue where there is engine oil in my starter pull rope housing, is there some sort of seal inside that could have gone bad?
