2019 850XMR vent lines

Hey folks, I'm currently in the middle of snorkels on a 2019 850XMR. I hadn't really looked that closely yet until I got dug into it, but I'm shocked at the amount of vent lines under the pod, I was told there would only be three to worry about (front/rear diff, fuel tank). I'd be lying if I said I had the slightest idea of where to start with these. Can I just get some brass M/M couplers and extend them that way? Or do I have to run entirely new lines.

I tried to trace where some of them lead, but they are buried, deep. Also zip tied, in places that are going to an absolute PITA to get to.

This is my first snorkel install, and I'm doing it from scratch. Well, guided by both ARMUSVETS, and Rob Farrow on YouTube.

I have tried searching all evening but I'm not finding any helpful information.

Need some brake help

I have a 2004 Sportsman 700. I lost all brake pressure on my last ride, and now have put new pads on and flushed the fluid. My problem is that when trying to bleed the system, I started at the rear, then right front, then left front, and all will push fluid out when squeezing the hand brake or foot brake. I never got any pressure to build up, and have now realized that fluid is pumping between the 2 reservoirs. If I pump the hand brake, the auxiliary reservoir fills up and leaks from the cap, and vice versa with pumping the foot brake, the handlebar master cylinder fills up to the point it will leak out of the cap. The pressure never builds, the hand brake WILL apply pressure to the pads, but it goes to the handlebar with little resistance.

Here is my question: I'm fairly certain I have a bad master cylinder, but which one? Or could it be both? Its comical how much fluid I have gone through. I do have a mighty vac, and when I pump it, pressure holds, and fluid does come through. I dont know if I'm missing something, or what is going on, but I have been bleeding these brakes off and on ALL DAY. Any help is greatly appreciated, I am fairly mechanically inclined, so if I need to take the MC apart, I'm comfortable with that. I just want to try to avoid buying 2 new master cylinders if I only need one. Or maybe I dont need any, I'm just not bleeding correctly. I'm at a loss! Thank you

outlander 400 overheat

my son has a 07 outlander 400 was out riding the other day and it overheated. fan was not working. removed fan and direct wired it and it does work. replaced the temp sensor and still no fan. any ideas? thanks for and advice

another 2018 sportsman 450 HO question.

Re: ....cover on right side of engine, (same side as dipstick) Stator cover, I think? Anyhow, there's a brass fitting in the bottom of that cover that looks like a hose should be on it. It's sticking down just above the pivot point of the rear brake pedal. I was looking at the linkage for the rear pedal, cuz my rear brake light seems to be staying on at times, and thought maybe the master cylinder plunger had no free play.

Needing cvtech primary help!!

Hello all..new user..name is Jason..live in southeast florida. Long and short is I just picked up a 2011 outty max 800r. Did the normal services. My primary had broken weights..worn helix..dealer didnt have a new helix in stock so while I was waiting i ordered a cvtech primary. Got off ebay..explained to the guy what my bike is..it has 14in no limit rims and 30in mudda in laws. The tires are extremely heavy so he suggested the 3-4 oversized tires primary..just installed. Only removes the stroke limiter..tested movement b4 replacing belt box cover and was just tooling around the neighborhood breaking in a new belt. My engagement is 2600..shift out is 5500..also notice it's trying to shift from low to high..read up on that and I'll try removing shift linkage and see if it still does it. But my question is...unless I find someone willing to trade some 30in silverbacks straight up, I am stuck with the muddas for now. Dont get me wrong I love em, have them on a 500 vinson and long as it's in low they perform very well in the soup we ride in. Noticed in reverse with the 2600 stall I hit the rev limiter almost instantly. I messaged the guy I bought the primary from and he said that The spring was swapped to a 0951-1025 (400/1200 rate) vs. 0951-1017 (200/1600 rate) stock spring and that It uses the same 18g weights. What would be recommended for my ride. Only mods are snorkel extensions. Hmf muffler with quiet core(just installed the core) pc3 programer. Secondary is stock with a new 800 helix and a green/yellow spring..I did buy a stock secondary spring..any help would be greatly appreciated.

2004 Polaris Sportsman,fan won’t stop

I stopped for the day turned off my Polaris and the fan kept running. The weather was not hot out, not riding it hard. When I got home
30 minutes later with ATV in trailer the fan was still running and the screen was still flashing HOT check engine. I disconnected battery
as only way to stop fan, I imagine a sensor or could it be a wire coming loose when riding. I hope someone has some ideas.
Thanks in advance.
