2016 sportsman 850 LED lightbar to factory hibeam switch

2016 sportsman 850sp : I have a 20" 126w LED lightbar to mount on top of my front storage box. I have a relay and small rocker switch but think it would be much cleaner if I can wire it in to the factory hi-beam harness/switch?

If I'm reading the wire diagram correctly, Yellow is hi beam power and brown ground. I would temporarily disconnect the factory pod so when switch on it would only be the bar. Any issue if I was to wire directly, or should I just do the separate switch? The way the bar would mount on top of the front storage box it would provide flashback if the pod turned on anyway.

Hi everyone,

Just bought a 2001Magnum 325 4x4. I'm an old guy but this is my first ATV. Getting harder to climb the hills for hunting and trail work, so I'm now part of the growing ATV crowd.

Which tires to buy??? 2014 Scrambler 1000

Looking to purchase new tires for my scrambler 1000. I have stock tires on the machine right now. Looking for any input for the best tire/money for trail riding (Michigan). So far, it appears the Maxxis Big Horn tires are very popular. Any suggestions & thoughts???

Thanks for your time in advance.

This stupid grease fitting!!! Suggestions???

OK. I'm not the type that usually gives up, but today I've had it! :th_smiliefrustrated How in the heck do I reach grease fitting number 80? That's the front lower control arm, rear. I circled it in red in my diagram. Also, why on Earth didn't Can Am just put it where I have the green arrow pointing? There is absolutely nothing in the way. The one on the front is on top like that.

Things I've tried:

Wheels are off
Machine is jacked up high
A 90 degree grease gun adapter thing (see image #3).
A long skinny adapter (see picture #2).
Swearing.

How do YOU do it?

xplorer 300 squeal in front tentioner

Hey I have a skreach coming from the front bearing chain tensioner on my '96 4x4 300. I have planned on seeing if some grease in the nipple would help but kind of think that if there is noise it may already need bearings. any experience please help

’04 Sportsman 90 doesn’t run

Hey forum, my fam has an '04 90 that runs fine on starter fluid but dies after sf is gone. Looks like the filter is pretty empty so I had thought Petcock is clogged. I have also thought new cheap carb may be in order but had kids jumping on the 4wheeler as I was trying to work so i gave up actually working on it. Any thoughts? Thank you

DESS switch on 2009 800 x rt

There is a Dess switch right where "on other style wheelers the gas cap is ? Well this swith has 3 wires which colors aren't factory I have to splice into ? I'm thinking this switch has to be hooked up in order to run ? However have no idea where the 3 wires go ? I'm thinking positive to battery positive then a ground but where would the 3 wire go ?
