I'm not sure how many forum members are using a UTV in the desert, but if you are, take a look at BFG's Baja TA KR2 tires. I had been looking at tires for a while, and had been considering these tires anyway, but after talking with the local shop, I decided to take their recommendation. I've ridden ATVs and UTVs for decades, and have tried countless different tires from most of the major brands. These are the best tires I've ever used for desert roads, where dry conditions, gravel, and rocks are common. In fact, nothing else even comes close. Their straight line tracking, smoothness, and lateral grip on tractionless gravel turns is nothing short of phenomenal. They come in the 32x9.50R-15 size I am using, and a smaller 30" size if you don't quite want to run 32s on your UTV.
