Just wondering if anyone has experience with putting 30" tires on a xxc 850. I have a fender flare kit that I will have to remove but it also looks like the tires will hit the stock wheel wells on the rear.

I just recently replaced my fan. Have put about 50 miles on it since. Now when I turn the key to power up the bike the hot light comes on. I unplug the connection to the thermistor sensor and the fan does not kick on. I unscrewed the thermistor to clean it and antifreeze shot out. Is that normal? What steps should I take next. I guess I need to get power to the fan to make sure it still works.

Just completed Superwinch LT3500 install. Eliminated Superwinch rocker switch and used existing wiring with purchased OEM winch switch. Since I wasn’t sure which wire was in or out for contactor I tried it one way and when pressing “IN” on switch made cable go out. So I switched wires on contactor thinking this would resolve but when I tried it would only trip waterproof breaker I installed. So I switched wires back and it works, just not as switch should. I thought flipping switch wires to contactor would determine this function.

Can anyone recommend something to make this seat more durable? Is there one made better? Mine is seriously weak at the forward in and flimsy. I just got that machine and compared the seat to my dad's 2001 Polaris seat and it's 100x built better !!! Unreal poor quality on this seat dang.

just a quick question. I understand that the width of a 570 is approximately 48". Just enough to fit into the box of a pickup truck.

What is the width of the inner wheel to inner wheel? 35-40"? I'm just wondering if there's enough space to slide some loading ramp down between the tires, once the ATV is loaded onto a pickup truck.

Hi all, I have a 2012 Sportsman 850XP EPS and was trying to see if anybody has a pdf of the shop/ service manual for it. I have a service manual for a 2009 850, is the 2012 manual very different, and if so, does anybody know what is different?

Newbie poster here, appreciate any advice in advance.

Just purchased a 2018 base 450 HO and a 2018 850 SP Touring. Have $250 in accessories credit on both machines, but can't combine the credits. I was just going to buy a winch for the 850 and be done with it but I can only use one voucher towards that. So, what are some good, must have, recommended accessories for these machines. My 12 year old son will ride the 450 and the 850 is the wife and I. Mostly easy trails, nothing crazy. No plowing or work use, no hunting use, just recreational riding. I am probably going with a 3500 lb winch on the 850 and will pay the difference. What about the other machine? Was gonna throw hand guards on both, but those are cheap. Thanks for the help!

I have a 2007 Sportsman 800x2 it calls for a Fram Oil PH6017A I know this sounds stupid I have had it since new it has been sitting for several years Im getting it out and back running again just looked it has a PH7317 Fram on it don't remember how I came to that any else use PH7317 on there units?
