Secondary clutch premature wear

Started getting weird vibrations at about 1k miles. Pulled apart the secondary, the plastic tabs are very worn and the helix has been rubbing metal on metal somehow. Anyone know what could be the cause?

2004.5 sportsman 500 hole in transmission

Hi guys, so after work today. I decided to work on my sportsman and do a oil change. I got under the bike and noticed a wet spot on the bottom of the frame near the transmission. I looked around and noticed it was leaking from a hole in the transmission about quarter inch diameter. The thing is, it looks like the hole was always there since like it was apart of the design. It's on the left side under the clutch housing. It's a very slow leak. I took a few pictures. Let me know what you think. It actually looks like a weep hole.

2007 Sportsman 500 HO EFI 27x10x14

Hello to all!

Just bought a used 07 Sportsman 500 HO EFI, so far seems to run great, changing all fluids this weekend from front to back and putting a new OEM Polaris belt on as well, my question is I will also be ordering a new set of mud tires soon. I don't want to immediately put a clutch kit in so I am either going with 26" or 27" zilla on 14" MSA Kore wheels.

I was thinking about doing the 27X10x14 zilla's all the way around, the skinny kit from mudthrowers, can anyone tell me if I will loose substantial power throughout the RPM range or put a lot of stress on belt with the 27x10 on front and back?

or

Should I just stick with 26" zillas 9 in the front and 11 in the rear?

I really appreciate any feedback!

Reset the wrench light after oil change

Can anyone please explain this; I have just changed my oil and now want to reset the wrench light. I have a 2015 sportsman 570. I have read the owners manual and p. 38 tells me how to change the intervals from 50 hours to whatever, but thats not what I want to do. Am I misunderstanding how this works? Is it like my truck where you reset the oil change reminder to 100% and wait until I have enough miles/hours reach 0% Or do I just hours to my existing hour reading and then wait for the wrench to come back on?
Thank you in advance for all your help!

2001 425 xpedition

Help. I picked up this a almost free unit. The owner said is has not run in a few years so i got it home and pinched the fuel line closed. Charged the battery then turned the key. Surprise all i got was a click. So i bypassed the starter relay with a screwdriver. And it spun freely. No bad sounds or noices. So i pulled the spark plug i had very good spark, then i checked the compression and had ZERO. Crap!! Where do i go from here?

New tires for 500

electical draw ?

had to buy a battery for my 2011 850xp. this past winter the battery maintainer I had on it died and I know that ruined my battery. anyway bought a new one and threw the meter on it to test it for a draw and sure enough there is a very low draw on it.. is this typical ? or should I be looking for a problem ?
