Weep hole had some in it too. Think it’s the housing?

Hello Everyone,

I have a question about adding a trailer hitch to a 2006 or 2007 Sawtooth. I have search all over the interwebs and was unable to locate any aftermarket or bolt on.

I realize the sawtooth isn't the most ideal atv for pulling, or even a very popular atv, but it was free so it'll have to make due for now. I just need it to pull a small drag and small spreader.

I would appreciate any recommendations that you guys could offer, before I star jerry-rigging or fabricating something. Thanks,

I'm making a second attempt at rebuilding a master cylinder for a Trail Boss ATV. I lubed all the parts with brake fluid, but had a lot of difficultly getting the lip of the U seal into the cylinder bore. I ended up damaging a part of the seal lip. On my second attempt I have tried "walking" the seal in but it just doesn't want to go without undue force. I've considered building a "funnel" out of thin sheet metal to get it started and I've considered relieving the cylinder lip to make it easier to slip past. Just seems like there has to be a better way.

Any advise?

I'm looking at picking up a Phoenix for my 6 year old. This won't be his first atv, but his skill set has exceeded what we currently have. and it also appeals to me because of the shaft drive.

currently his feet do touch the footwell, but he is almost standing position.

id like to see what people are using for footwell risers. Custom or bought.

On my Trail Boss when I try to crank it over its barley turing over and not wanting to start. It acting like it don't have no power running through it the headlight barley glows and my kill switch has to be in a certain spot for the headlights to engage. It worked fine a couple days ago and I've had it hooked up to a float charger so the battery isn't running dead by itself.
