I was recently riding and rode about 3 hours with no problems, on the way back to truck was on the road and was running about half throttle, then pushed throttle all the way and got two backfires and it died when i came to a stop it started right back up and ran fine the 10 minutes back to the truck with no problems. got back home and hasnt started back since. I have checked and i am not getting any spark at coil, changed coil to a new one and still nothing. checked and switched out key switch as well and checked fuses and relays and cant find the culprit. when switched on i hear the fuel pump come on for a few seconds and go back off and i dont see any codes displayed. Any help is greatly appriciated

I have a 2009 Outlander 800r and I had a timing chain go bad and fill my engine with lots and lots of plastic shavings from the guides. I have torn the engine down, split the case, cleaned out all of the passages, oil pump screen, etc. New crank, rods, bearings, timing chains, guides, the works. Fired it up this afternoon and let it run for several minutes, no error messages or anything. Made some adjustments, fired it back up and within 60 seconds, it went into limp mode and displayed "Check Engine Low Oil". I'm lost here. It has fresh oil that comes up right on the full mark on the dipstick. Why am I getting this message? Right now, I'm afraid to fire it back up.

I had Dealer replace my speed sensor because it would not hit 65 mph/rev limiter anymore. It still will not hit 65 mph or the rev limiter what could it be?

Trailer Guidance / Help
Hi guys,
I have a 650 Max XT that I plan on putting 27" tires on this winter.
I am also searching for a 2nd Gen 1 650/800 Max XT for the wife.
I really like the idea of a side load trailer and have heard good things about Echo Trailers. I was thinking of picking up the "Wide" version model: EEW-9-13.
My issue is that I'm not sure how well these are going to fit with 27" tires. Was hoping someone had some experience or first hand knowledge. Any help / suggestions would be appreciated

2015 1000 sportsman motor rebuild
I am rebuilding my motor out of 2015 sportsman 1000. not completely why it broke the crank. but it had a bent rod in the number 2 hole and key way was sheared off for the flywheel and started to mess with timing and cause pre ignition idk. started running weired under medium load then started knocking. but anyway got all new parts for bottom endand got all the specs i need from the service manual except for crank endplay. call local dealer they said they rebuild motors and asked them for a spec and they gave me 1/16 to1/8 of an inch of endplay with is massive. and i there is no thrust bearing ether witch i found quite odd. ive rebuilt many car motors and 4wheelers and this thing is its own bread in the bottom end. i have about .020 of end play right now it seems big from my experiance but first time in an xp motor. any one have any specs or anything i can go off.
